Patricia B. Quigley

Patricia B. Quigley, “Patty,” age 78, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 9, 2026, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Joseph R. Quigley and loving mother of Rhonda Q. Lightner (Daniel) and Michael J. Quigley (Ridgely). Grandmother of Kyle D. Lightner, Brandon S. Lightner, Alexander J. Quigley, Jackson S. Quigley, and Grayson M. Quigley. Sister of Mary Cannon and Barbara Soltis, and the late David Pahel and Christopher Pahel. Daughter of the late Edward P. and Alice M. McGraw Pahel.

Patty had a deep love for the holidays, especially Christmas, when being surrounded by her extended family brought her the greatest joy. She cherished her weekly “sister lunch,” treasuring the laughter, conversation, and bonds she shared with Barb and Mary. For the past 15 years, she delighted in the mountain air at her home away from home in Seven Springs, a place that brought her peace and happiness. For 49 years, she loved living on Ben Hur Street, where she built a lifetime of memories and formed lasting friendships with neighbors who became dear friends. While she was devoted to her own children, nothing compared to the joy she found in her grandchildren, who were truly the light of her life.

Friends will be received at John A. Freyvogel Sons, Inc. (freyvogelfuneralhome.com) 4900 Centre Avenue a Devonshire Street on Sunday February 15, 2026 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., followed by a service at 1:30 p.m.
